During the month of March, the team finished manufacturing the car’s components and started the assembly of the F2012.
Our sponsors gave us a big helping hand for component finishing and plating. We would like to thank St. Hubert Machine Shop for gear and spline cutting of the steering system and drivetrain components. We would also like to thank Thermetco for their heat treating and plating services for our ferrous alloy components. Finally, we would like to thank Verdun Anodizing for their aluminum anodizing service used on all of the car’s aluminum components.
Tuesday, March 27th, Formula ETS Powered by Videotron was awarded the Auto123.com Excellence Award, valued at $ 5,000. We are very pleased for Auto123.com to join us as a partner for the 2012 season.
During the month of March, the team handed in official documents for the various competitions included in its 2012 sporting program.
The team works day and night to finish the car because April is testing time.
